Signature (76 × 51 cm print, 92 × 67 cm framed) is the house default and the one we keep going back to. Gallery and Grand are for the wall you want people to talk about. If unsure between two sizes, go bigger. Most rooms take more print than people think.

Yes. Every size is printed at a 3:2 aspect ratio so the image is identical at every scale. You are choosing how big to live with it, not which crop you get.

Window mount adds a generous conservation-grade border between the image and the frame, the traditional gallery look. Full-bleed pushes the print edge-to-edge inside the moulding, a more contemporary feel. The framed outer dimensions stay the same.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 308gsm, 100% cotton, acid- and lignin-free. Sustainably sourced oak moulding, hand-finished in the UK in natural, black or white. Anti-reflective acrylic with 66% UV block, fitted as standard.

A 20mm flat oak profile on Collectors through Signature, and a deeper box profile on Gallery and Grand. Black and white finishes are hand-lacquered on the same oak base.

Anti-reflective acrylic with 66% UV block, on every size. Lighter than glass and safer in transit, and it filters most of the UV that would otherwise dull the image over time.

Numbered to the edition on the reverse. A house certificate of authenticity ships in the carton, naming the artist, edition size, paper and date of print. Editions are capped and never reopened once they close.

Inside 24 hours, before framing has started, we can usually change the size, frame finish or delivery address, or cancel and refund in full. After framing has started, the piece is yours. Email hello@thegoodseason.co.uk with your order number.

Cardboard corner protectors, biodegradable bubble wrap, a recycled-plastic foam sleeve and a rigid double-walled carton. The carton is recyclable and largely plastic-free. Open from the side, slide the piece out, keep the carton until you have hung it.

Indirect light, away from radiators, fireplaces and direct sun. The acrylic glazing is UV-filtered, but every print keeps its tonality longer out of harsh light.

A dry microfibre cloth is all the glazing ever needs. No sprays, no chemicals, no glass cleaner. The acrylic prefers a quiet life.

A house certificate that ships in the carton, signed by us and naming the artist, edition size, paper and date of print. Keep it with the piece: it is part of the work.

We replace it. Email hello@thegoodseason.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will ship a new one, at our cost, in the same edition.

No. Every piece is framed the moment you place the order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Made, not stocked. If you are not sure on size, ask before you order.
