Every piece we sell is printed, hand-framed and assembled to order. This policy explains how long your order will take and how it travels to you.
1. Made to order, always
We do not warehouse prints. Nothing is pre-made. When you place an order, the edition is printed, hand-framed, assembled, inspected, numbered, and packed specifically for you. This is why every order takes 14 working days from order to doorstep, every time, every size.
2. Delivery timeline
Please allow 14 working days from the date of order to the date of delivery. This window includes printing, framing, quality inspection and transit. You will receive a tracking link the moment your piece ships.
We do not offer a paid-for faster option. We would rather do it properly than rush it.
3. Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order, every size, every destination we ship to. There is no threshold and no surcharge for larger sizes. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
4. UK delivery
UK orders are dispatched by a tracked, insured next-working-day courier with an hour delivery window by SMS or email, Monday to Friday. Every size travels the same way: framed face-up in a rigid double-walled carton, corner-guarded on every edge.
5. International delivery
We ship worldwide, delivery on us. Europe is typically 3–5 working days after dispatch by tracked, insured air-mail; the rest of the world a little longer. Import duties, local taxes, and customs handling fees may be applied on arrival by your local carrier or customs authority, and are payable by you as the recipient. Delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside our control.
6. Packaging
Every framed piece is corner-guarded on every edge with cardboard protectors, sleeved in biodegradable bubble wrap and a recycled-plastic foam tube, then crated in a rigid double-walled carton sized for the order. Recyclable, largely plastic-free, no loose foam pellets.
7. Risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided at checkout. If your tracking link stalls for more than 48 hours, or if the courier marks your piece as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@thegoodseason.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Damaged on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged or broken, please see our Refund Policy for how we will replace it at our cost.
