Artwork often arrives late in a property brief. Bring it into the schedule while sizes, access and decisions can still be agreed. Identify which pieces stay with a property and which need to move between show spaces.

The details make the difference.

  1. A property schedule

Separate individual homes, communal areas and phased releases.

  2. Choices that fit

Confirm sizes and framing against furniture plans and wall dimensions.

  3. Clear handover details

Agree delivery, the recipient and whether work is intended to remain with the property.

A few useful answers.

Do you offer staging loans or rentals?

This enquiry is for purchases. Any loan or rental arrangement would need a separate written agreement and is not part of the standard offer.

Can buyers keep the artwork?

Tell us who will own and pay for it. Artwork included in a property sale must be clearly identified in your agreement with the buyer.

Can we furnish a development in phases?

Include the phases and dates. We would check work availability and quote the agreed supply and delivery schedule.
