Paris café photography prints.

Rain on the pavement, warm café windows and tables waiting outside. Paris-based photographer Emma Tysinger turns her attention to the city at street level: its cafés, restaurant fronts and people pausing beneath umbrellas. Photographs of Paris with a little weather, a little company and somewhere to sit.

The illuminated Saint André café occupies a curved Paris street corner beneath pale stone apartments, with wicker chairs and diners at pavement tables.A Corner Worth Keeping

From the house.

Paris does not have to pose for its photograph. A restaurant window lights the wet pavement. People gather under transparent umbrellas. Chairs wait beside a familiar green frontage. Emma Tysinger, who is based in the city, photographs these street-level arrangements with an eye for their light, colour and small human exchanges.

The collection brings together two café fronts and two views of a rainy evening. A Corner Worth Keeping follows the curve of the Saint André café, its wicker chairs lined along the pavement; Above the Café looks up from empty chairs beneath the long green La Crémaillère sign to an open window. In the rain photographs, dark silhouettes and warm interiors give the street its depth. No appointment with a landmark required.

Choosing your photograph.

Start with the light. The rain photographs have deep shadows, amber windows and bright reflections, making them a more atmospheric choice for a study or sitting room. The café fronts are easier to read at a glance and bring lettering, green awnings and the rhythm of windows into a hallway or dining corner.

All four works are portrait compositions. Measure a vertical space first, then check the chosen frame’s finished dimensions. The wider rainy street view and its closer companion can form a deliberate pair; allow enough wall between them to see each separately. Black picks up their silhouettes, while wood introduces warmth around the evening colours.
